PrimeRx is currently promoting its MARKET integration with an incentive program with an end date of December 31, 2025. The company has positioned this program to allow clients to mitigate their software maintenance fee through strategic inventory purchasing.

The incentive structure provides a $25 software maintenance fee credit for every $2,500 in non-brand purchases. Qualifying purchases include generics, over-the-counter (OTC) products, and other eligible items. To qualify for the earned credits, a pharmacy must execute a minimum of one order per month via the MARKET integration. The cumulative credit amount is explicitly capped at the pharmacy’s total software maintenance fee.
