SoftWriters, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dori Armstead as the Vice President of People.
Dori Armstead brings a strategic mindset and over 25 years of HR leadership experience from a rich variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, media sales, education, and technology. As the leader of people, she plays a crucial role in elevating and empowering SoftWriters employees to ensure they are effective and thriving.

Dori holds a master's degree in human resources from Clemson University. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, listening to a wide variety of music and she has a passion for both travel and sports. Her commitment to others extends beyond the workplace, as she actively volunteers for causes related to education, mentorship, and mental health within her community. Dori expressed her excitement about joining the organization, saying, “From my initial interaction with Scott Beatty and the SoftWriters executive team, I felt a sense of belonging and alignment with the values, purpose, and mission of SoftWriters.
