There is a buzz around the opportunity available to pharmacies to provide long-term care (LTC) at home to existing patients. Many pharmacies have the software in place to offer this service. It’s a matter of leveraging existing technology and formalizing the care process and services. The good news is that it’s not a big leap for many pharmacies to participate successfully in the LTC-at-home market.
