In his welcome speech to customers, company President Scott Beatty shared the company’s vision for the future of long-term care pharmacy. He emphasized the importance of AI, business intelligence (BI), and customer insights (CI) in shaping the future of pharmacy operations. As Beatty pointed out in his speech: “Throughout the conference, we will share how we are unlocking cloud capabilities, reimagining legacy solutions, and modernizing architectures and user interfaces to make our products more accessible.”
A session on the value creation of AI, BI, and CI further delved into these three pillars forming SoftWriters’ product roadmap.
Keynote speakers included Jason Dorsey, a researcher and advisor from The Center for Generational Kinetics, who presented on “Crossing the Generational Divide.” Dorsey offered entertaining insights into developing leadership techniques for a multigenerational workforce. Given the growing concern around cybersecurity, Rachel Wilson, a former NSA (National Security Agency) employee and current head of cybersecurity for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, provided an overview of the risk landscape and actionable steps for leaders to safeguard their pharmacies. Panel discussions led by customers covered a range of topics, from automation and delivery, to an introduction to the new FrameworkAcademy. Business-specific topics included strategies for winning business with the FrameworkLTC suite of products.
The exhibit hall and SoftWriters lab offered ample opportunities for product demonstrations, as well as networking with vendor partners and fellow customers.
